Wolf, cabbage and goat

This is a game as old as time. Try to get the goat, the wolf and the cabbage to safety to the other side of the river, the boat can only carry one of them at the time so if you leave the goat without the cabbage it will starve, but it you leave the goat together with the wolf it will become his meal. How to solve this puzzle? that’s another ancient question.
